The legal skirmishes continue, and this time Tactical Gear Makers such as 5.11 and Surefire are making moves at illegal replicas found in Hong Kong. People Airsoft reports that these companies are initially zeroing in on Kwong Wa Street, at the Mongkok District of Hong Kong, where most of the airsoft retailers have clustered. Representatives of these companies in Hong Kong are now getting more aggressive at ensuring that no rip-offs of their brands happen in the Far East.
It won’t be long that other well-funded and bigger companies such as Blackhawk and Maxpedition would follow suit as their products are one of the most copied.
